Hooah! Its a fine day to be a Virginia Defense Soldier. My name is Staff Sergeant Timothy Cole. First Sergeant for Bravo Company. A few words about myself. I served 11 years in the U.S. ARMY and held such titles as Motor Sergeant,Training NCO, Senior Instructor, Cadre and Drill. I taught Advanced Individual Training, Basic Non Commissioned Officer Course,and Foreign Exchange Officer Course. I Served in Korea,Germany and Several State side duty stations.

But enough about myself, lets talk about the Virginia Defense Force. We are a very diverse group of people who have devoted their time to becoming trained troops in the VADF. I take our training very seriously and its the Commanders policy to make it real and interesting to all. The great feeling of serving and the comradery keeps the troops coming back for more.
